The ASTM A335 P22 High Frequency Welding (HFW) Fin Tube is manufactured by helically or longitudinally welding alloy fin strips onto a seamless P22 alloy steel base tube using high-frequency resistance welding. This finned tube is specifically designed for furnace and radiant coil applications, where high-temperature strength, pressure resistance, and thermal efficiency are crucial.

High Temperature Resistance: P22 material and high-chromium fin strip allow operation in up to 600–650°C.
Reliable Fin Bonding: HFW technology ensures strong metallurgical bond, minimizing thermal resistance and improving efficiency.
Oxidation and Scaling Resistance: Ideal for direct flame and high-flue gas environments.
Enhanced Heat Transfer: Fins increase surface area and promote turbulence, improving heat exchange rate inside the furnace.
Long Service Life: Resistant to thermal fatigue and corrosion, reducing maintenance frequency in demanding operations.
