This G Type Embedded Fin Tube is manufactured using ASTM A179 carbon steel seamless tube as the base, with aluminum fin strips mechanically embedded into helical grooves on the tube's outer surface. This design delivers superior bonding, high thermal efficiency, and long service life, making it an ideal solution for air cooler systems requiring durability and cost efficiency.

Superior Heat Transfer Efficiency
The G type fin is mechanically embedded into pre-cut grooves on the tube surface and then backfilled, forming a tight metallurgical contact. This design minimizes thermal resistance, ensuring optimal heat transfer between the base tube and fins.
Excellent Fin Bonding Strength
Compared to externally wrapped or welded fins, embedded G-type fins have higher mechanical stability. They resist fin loosening or detachment even under conditions of high airflow vibration or thermal cycling.
Corrosion Resistance
The aluminum fins (AL1060) provide excellent corrosion resistance against atmospheric and industrial gases, which protects the carbon steel base tube and extends the service life of the equipment.
Lightweight but Durable
Despite the use of lightweight aluminum fins, the structure maintains excellent strength, helping to reduce overall system weight without sacrificing durability.
Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHEs)
Widely used in petrochemical plants, refineries, and gas processing facilities where water cooling is not available or not cost-effective. These tubes efficiently dissipate process heat into ambient air.
Power Generation Units
Applied in steam condensers and turbine exhaust cooling systems, especially in thermal and combined-cycle power plants, where high thermal loads require reliable heat transfer equipment.
Natural Gas Compressor Stations
Embedded fin tubes are used in aftercoolers and intercoolers for gas compression systems, where they help maintain optimal gas temperatures and prevent system damage.
Dry Cooling Towers
Essential in HVAC systems and industrial cooling towers where closed-loop systems are employed. These finned tubes provide high-efficiency air-side cooling without water consumption.
