Stainless Steel EN10216-5 1.4841 Boiler Tube is designed for high-temperature applications, offering excellent heat and oxidation resistance. This austenitic stainless steel, similar to AISI 314, has high chromium and nickel content.
The grade 1.4841, also known as AISI 310, is an austenitic stainless steel that contains high chromium (approximately 24%) and nickel (around 25%), which provides excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion.
EN10216-5 1.4841 tubes are commonly used in steam boilers, heat exchangers, and superheaters. They are ideal for applications involving flue gas desulfurization and other high-temperature processes.
The 1.4841 grade provides exceptional resistance to thermal cycling and is less prone to scaling and spalling, which prolongs the lifespan of boiler components.
