Extruded Fin Tube , ASTM A249 TP304 Stainless Steel Extruded Fin Tube , Air Cooler , Cooling Tower
ASTM A249 specification covers seriously cold worked welded tubes and nominal wall thickness welded tubes manufactured using austenitic stainless steel. ASTM A249 is intended for use in heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, and super-heaters. This material is also furnished in a heat-treated condition as per with the needed solution temperature and quenching techniques.
ASTM A249 TP304 Extruded Fin Tube is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. ASTM A213 is a standard specification for seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy-steel boilers, superheaters, and heat-exchanger tubes. TP304 is a grade of stainless steel which is often used in high-temperature applications.
Extruded Aluminum Fin Tubes, also known as “Integral Fin Tubes”. Extruded Aluminum fin tubes are manufactured by rolling process on base tubes. During finning operation, the inside diameter of the tubes is reduced and helical fins are rolled on the tube wall. The pressure required to extrude fins from the aluminum sleeve creates an excellent “pressure bond” between the two materials.
